Reached out to WeightWatchers on their WeightWatcher social community - no response and users where very protective. It was interesting to see the behaviour/ reaction from how they responded to my unrelated WeightWatcher question. It was quite a useful insight to understanding that type of user who uses the social features.
Reached out on WeightWatchers app live chat. The coaches are quite helpful but are not at liberty to really provide me answers and redirect me to head office. Fair enough!..

Found my local WeightWatchers coaching session and spoke to a WeightWatchers coach face-to-face. She was very friendly and the users that were there were all middle-aged (40 - 60) women, very open and friendly about their weight loss journey and appeared to enjoy the community part of the service. The coach provided me a new email address to reach out to WeightWatchers with and now waiting for a response.
